1. Use of the site

The site www.le47avignon.com is intended for booking a seasonal rental apartment. You must be at least 18 years old and able to legally enter into contracts to use this site.

2. Prices

Apartment rates are quoted in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. Prices may vary depending on the season, length of stay and special offers. The prices indicated at the time of booking are firm and final.

3. Reservation

To reserve the apartment, you must complete the online reservation form and provide accurate and complete information. All reservations are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

4. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card via Stripe, or by PayPal. Full payment is required at time of booking.

5. Cancellation conditions

The customer can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. The customer will lose the full amount of the reservation if he cancels within 3 days of arrival or if he does not show up.

In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), please contact us directly to discuss possible options.

6. Rules of conduct

- Animals: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.

- Parties and filming are prohibited in the apartment and the building.

- Behavior: Tenants are required to respect the premises and use them appropriately. Any damage or inappropriate behavior may result in additional costs and/or expulsion without reimbursement.

7. Arrival and departure

- Arrival time: from 4:00 p.m.

- Departure time: before 10:00 a.m.

Late arrivals or early departures must be agreed in advance with the apartment owner.

8. Parking

Free private parking is available to tenants. Guests are responsible for their vehicle parked in the parking lot. An access remote control is loaned to them and they will be charged in the event of loss. Tenants must park their vehicle in the location designated to them.

9. Liability

47 Avignon cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage to tenants' personal property during their stay. Tenants are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. In the event of damage, costs may be billed to the customer.

10. Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. The modifications will be effective as soon as they are published on the site. We encourage you to check this page regularly for any updates.
